Leider eine sehr dunkle Wohnung aber sonst alles vorhanden. Super war der Griller auf der Terasse ;-) Gleich daneben eine Bar und ein Restaurant, Lärm bis 2 Uhr früh und leider eine Baustelle, Lärm ab 7 Uhr früh
We stayed here for one week in late September. The location was absolutely fantastic, right off the main street of Taormina, next door to a pizza restaurant and across from an internet cafe.
We arrived on Saturday and spent half the day trying to track down the owner to get hold of the keys. As the owner spoke absolutely NO English, we had quite a bit of trouble sorting out the details. Once inside, we were left with two pillow cases and a flat sheet together with two paper think towels for the whole week (at an additional cost of 20 euros).
There was no hot water at all and the toilet was dripping which created a lovely water feature of sorts...(note sarcastic undertone).
There was no natural light in either bedroom and the lounge room was very dark also. As there was no fly screens on any doors or windows the entire place was full of mosquitoes - a can of spray and a few candles quickly fixed this problem.
The kitchen was very small and ill equip with only a bread knife and a few dirty post.
There was a little outside space with a bbq which is where we did most of our cooking. Don't forget the mozzie spray!
