No heating option. Balcony 8 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Beautiful, comfortable apartment house Aquanur. In the hamlet Sovlje 1.5 km from the centre of Tribunj, in a quiet, sunny position, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: property 1'500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn 400 m2, plants, swimming pool angular (8 x 5 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine (extra). Roofed, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach, rocky beach, concrete beach 400 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Private mooring (extra) on request. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival. Concrete beach with showers in the bay of Sovlje, 400 m from the house. The garden swimming pool with possibility of counter-current swimming is surrounded by 150 m2 of terraces with deck chairs. Additional parking space for boat trailers.

« Bien situé, au calme, mais appart assez petit. »

Très bien situé pour rayonner en Dalmatie. Dans un petit village calme à l'écart du centre. Petite plage à proximité. Plusieurs restaurants (3) de qualité accessible à pied.
La propriété est belle et bien entretenue.
Notre appartement par contre était assez petit pour 4, avec une toute petite terrasse donnant à l'arrière de la maison et non sur la piscine comme le laissaient penser les photos. Il était par contre très propre et bien équipé. A noter, insonorisation pas extraordinaire si les voisins sont bruyants.
Le nettoyage, mentionné comme optionnel, est clairement imposé. Idem pour le WiFi, non compris, 10 € la semaine.
Piscine agréable mais sauts et plongeons interdits ... un peu frustrant pour les enfants.
Néanmoins, je recommande, mais en tenant compte de ces remarques.

« Quiet and nice »

The location is perfect for a quiet holiday without crowded beaches. In Sovlje there is nice to svim and its possible to buy beverages and icecream. It's aprox. 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Tribunj. The seaside promenade is more crowded in Tribunj but there are more restaurants, stores to buy groceries etc.

The appartment was great except for the aircondition. There are no aircondition in the bedroom, only in the livingroom/kitchen. And when you leave the appartment the aircondition stops. (the key have to be in a holder for the aircondition to work) :(

The pool area is not exclusively for the appartments of this house. The nighbours behind can also use the swimmingpool. :(
