« Lake \u0026 Mountain holiday »

Apartment has a balcony with an amazing view. A great location to explore the valley to enjoy outdoor activities. Activities included hiring bikes - good cycle path along the river so no traffic and easy cycling suitable for all. Lake with pedalo hire withing 30 mins drive. Cable car open to access walking paths higher up the mountains. Chair lift up to summer tobogganing - great fun for all the family about 20 mins drive away. Swimming in lake - lovely but very cold! About one hour drive from castles. Two hours from Munich. Tips - Local supermarket did not take credit cards - cash only so allow for that. Not a area visited by lots of English speaking tourists but most locals speak some English. Property owners have limited English. The property does have a DVD player which is not mentioned in the details so take some films. The satellite TV has only 1 or 2 English speaking news channels. Don't think there was any WIFI access in the property, internet cafe in Sonthofen - approx 5 mins drive away. Car essential but train station in Sonthofen. We are a family of 4 with 2 older children - 18 and 20 yrs old. Plenty to do for a week but very reliant on weather being dry.

Schön gelegene Wohnung. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick über Sonthofen und die nahe gelegenen Berge. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Selbst an eine Spielekonsole, Gesellschaftsspiele, Bücher und Zeitschriften wurde gedacht.

Preis-Leistung topp. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Jederzeit wieder. Da Unterkunft in der 2. Etage nicht für Menschen mit Behinderung geeignet. Sehr sauber und freundlicher Empfang. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden.
