Appartement bien situé, ensoleillé, agréable, mais sdb pas entretenue (poussière moisissure). Pas assez de verres. Wifi à louer sur place . J' ai voulu louer un jour de plus et Interhome voulait me faire le prix fort pour un jour .... dommage!

« Bad on site service »

The property was as advertised but quite worn in general. It was easy to collect the keys (as it was night time when we arrived by car). It was also easy to find the property.
BUT we could not get into the apartment due to a security lock in the door. We had key only to the normal lock! We called to Interhome service number and they tried to get onsite assistance but did not succeed. They just said that it is not possible that the other lock is locked and the customer is wrong. We had to find a hotel room at 2 am and found it 3 am. In the morning I called again to the local service number and explained the problem. After 1 hour they called back and told that we were right and now the other lock is opened. They paid the hotel bill but it was anyway very bad service.
